The restaurant has a seasonal menu that follows the changing seasons of the year, and you’ll get to taste different kinds of wagyu dishes year round! Currently, their autumn/winter staple items include Satsumaimo (Japanese Sweet Potato), Matsutake (Pine Tree Mushroom), Satoimo (Taro Root), Kabocha (Winter Squash), and Daikon (Japanese Radish) — warm autumnal flavours.

Their current autumn and winter menu includes sukiyaki with A5 Wagyu Beef (S$158), or shabu-shabu with A5 Wagyu Beef (S$158), and other mouthwatering wagyu dishes to savour.

If you’re craving an aesthetically plated don, they also have Hida-gyu beef truffle dons (S$138) and side dishes like tsukemono (S$6) and glazed foie gras (S$23). 

Try their Signature Sukiyaki Don (S$98) with all their premium ingredients: thinly sliced meat, sukiyaki-style, served with sea urchin, glazed foie gras, caviar, and onsen egg topped with black truffle.

One of Black Cow’s most popular dishes is their Truffle Somen (S$88), with flavourful Hokkaido scallop, sakura ebi, smoked kombu yolk topped with caviar on top of delicate truffle noodles.

For working professionals, there are also executive set lunch meals with unique sukiyaki and dons to try out. Veggie lovers can try the Kanto-style sukiyaki (S$88), which has seasonal vegetables, fish hanpen, served with a side of raw egg for dipping, and you can choose from steamed rice or shirataki noodles to go with the dish. Each set meal comes with house salad, seasonal vegetables, miso soup and dessert of the day.

End off your meal with Japanese desserts such as Yuzu sorbet (S$8), Goma ice-cream (S$8), and Monaka truffle (S$13) for those with a sweet tooth.
