At the heart of the bar’s action, sip exquisite signature cocktails like Momotaro’s Adventure (S$25), The Frozen Drink (S$25), and Japanese Tea Party (S$25). In line with its modern Japanese identity, MOGĀ offers a curated selection of Japanese whiskies, sake, and spirits—available by the glass or the bottle— from renowned producers to small-batch distilleries.

You can be sure of receiving only the best mixtures, thanks to MOGĀ’s bar manager, Gavin Teverasan, who has over a decade of bartending experience and is a prominent figure in Singapore’s craft cocktail scene. Having crafted cocktails in spaces like Neon Pigeon, Barbary Coast, and Potato Head Singapore, Teverasan now uses his expertise to blend Japanese flavours with his signature creative touch.

Modern Izakaya Experience

Of course, no izakaya experience is complete without delectable food. From handrolls and sashimi to hot dishes and sandos, MOGĀ’s menu is designed for sharing and pairing with cocktails for the authentic izakaya experience.

Kick off the night with the indulgent Moga Samurai Roll (S$32), comprising prawn tempura layered with fresh yellowtail, creamy avocado and in-house Sriracha yuzu aioli; or Chicken Karaage (S$18) featuring marinated fried chicken served with dipping karashi mayo and spicy tonkatsu sauce.

Under the Robatayaki section, don’t miss out on the Gindara Saikyo Miso (S$32), cod marinated in a secret den miso for days before being grilled, or Hokkaido Scallop (S$34) on a bed of yuzu soy and truffle butter sauce. Not to forget the crowd favourite dish, complement your cocktails with MOGĀ’s creamy Chicken Meatball (S$24) served with runny sous vide egg and spicy teriyaki sauce.

Head Chef at MOGĀ, Leon Quek, is best known for his innovative menu development, fusing traditional Japanese techniques with Western flavours. With previous stints at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, The Mast Mozzarella, and 1880, MOGĀ’s izakaya menu is a confident crowd-pleaser.
