<p><strong>Happy</strong> <strong>World</strong> <strong>Toilet</strong> <strong>Day</strong>, where we’re all gathered here today to show our appreciation to <strong>Singapore’s</strong> readily <strong>available</strong> public toilets for all to share.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We’re going to ask our colleagues what their <strong>best</strong> and <strong>worst</strong> toilet encounters are.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><div class="pcrstb-wrap"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Best Toilets by CG Team&nbsp;</strong><br><a href="#changiairportjewel">Changi Airport Jewel<br></a><a href="#capitol">Capitol&nbsp;<br></a><a href="#tripleonesomerset">TripleOne Somerset</a><br><a href="#suntecsingapore">Suntec Singapore Convention &amp; Exhibition&nbsp;<br></a><br><strong>Worst Toilets by CG Team&nbsp;</strong><br><a href="#eastcoastpark">East Coast Park D1<br></a><a href="#plaza-singapura">Plaza Singapura B2&nbsp;<br></a><a href="#superbowljurong">SuperBowl Jurong</a><br><a href="#mrtehtarik">Mr Teh Tarik Eating House &#8211; Jurong West</a></td></tr></tbody></table></div></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Our Best Public Toilet Experience</h2>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="changiairportjewel">Changi Airport Jewel&nbsp;</h2>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full is-resized"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" width="555" height="555" src="https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-164.jpeg" alt="" class="wp-image-104051" style="width:800px" srcset="https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-164.jpeg 555w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-164-300x300.jpeg 300w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-164-150x150.jpeg 150w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-164-70x70.jpeg 70w" sizes="(max-width: 555px) 100vw, 555px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">Photo by Changi Airport&nbsp;</figcaption></figure>

<p><strong>Selena</strong>: Hands down, <strong>Jewel Changi Airport</strong> has the best toilets. We’re crowned the <strong>best</strong> <a href="https://confirmgood.com/post/fix-dessert-chocolatier-changi-airport-pop-up/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">airport</a> for a reason; it’s so clean and smells so good, I feel like I could sleep there.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Nicole: Jewel</strong> Level one near the <a href="https://confirmgood.com/post/the-coach-restaurant/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Coach</strong></a> has the most spacious cubicles in the toilet. There are even cushioned seats near the sinks where friends can wait for each other while pooping.<br><br>Despite pooping in the cubicles, the overall toilet still remains <strong>fragrant</strong>. Unfortunately, I can’t remember if there are bidets available at all Jewel Changi toilets or if it’s only on the first floor.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="capitol">Capitol&nbsp;</h2>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full is-resized"><img decoding="async" width="800" height="450" src="https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-167.jpeg" alt="" class="wp-image-104054" style="width:800px" srcset="https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-167.jpeg 800w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-167-300x169.jpeg 300w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-167-768x432.jpeg 768w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-167-585x329.jpeg 585w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">Photo by Perennial Holdings&nbsp;</figcaption></figure>

<p><strong>Yan: </strong>The best public toilet experience is the <strong>Capitol</strong> <strong>Theatre</strong> Level one, right in front of the entrance. It’s <strong>cosy</strong>, has a <strong>bidet</strong>, is clean, and is always dry. The downside is there’s always <strong>no</strong> <strong>tissue</strong> available for you to dry your hands, so you’ll need to grab some from the cubicle!<br><br>It’s a good option for me when I need to poop after lunch but can’t make it back to the office in time.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="tripleonesomerset">TripleOne Somerset</h2>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full is-resized"><img decoding="async" width="680" height="510" src="https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-168.jpeg" alt="" class="wp-image-104055" style="width:800px" srcset="https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-168.jpeg 680w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-168-300x225.jpeg 300w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-168-585x439.jpeg 585w" sizes="(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">Photo: Kuan Khoon Tan/Google Images</figcaption></figure>

<p><strong>Ash: </strong>I’d say the best is <strong>111 Somerset</strong> Level one, right beside the <strong>NTUC Fairprice</strong>. It’s a lot cleaner and has fewer people compared to the toilets around the area, such as <strong>313 Somerset</strong> or <a href="https://confirmgood.com/post/suitok-scape/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>SCAPE*</strong></a>.<br><br>It even has nice mirrors and also smells pretty decent. I’ve seen on the signboards that there’s actually a shower area too, but I personally have not utilised it.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="suntecsingapore">Suntec Singapore Convention &amp; Exhibition Centre&nbsp;</h2>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full is-resized"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="800" height="533" src="https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-171.jpeg" alt="" class="wp-image-104058" style="width:800px" srcset="https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-171.jpeg 800w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-171-300x200.jpeg 300w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-171-768x512.jpeg 768w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-171-585x390.jpeg 585w, https://confirmgood.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/image-171-263x175.jpeg 263w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">Photo by Suntec Singapore&nbsp;</figcaption></figure>

<p><strong>Jae: Suntec</strong> <strong>City’s</strong> toilets aren’t even that good; in fact, I would go through the <strong>maze of a mall</strong> just to use the toilets at <strong>Suntec Singapore Convention &amp; Exhibition</strong>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I can’t recall which floor it is, but the way you have to access it is by getting on the long escalator beside the Suntec City <strong>entrance</strong> and reaching the storey where the floors are <strong>carpeted</strong>.<br><br>I was there for <strong>Public Garden</strong>, <strong>Hobbies Fair</strong>, and even my <strong>convocation</strong> ceremony, and I would run for the <strong>handicapped</strong> cubicle. It’s the only cubicle with a bidet and adequate space to move around, which makes the experience pleasant.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Other perks that are not bathroom-related would be the <strong>water</strong> <strong>dispenser</strong>, where you can fill up your empty water bottles instead of buying water.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Selena</strong>: My worst experience would definitely be <strong>East Coast Park.</strong> Doesn’t matter which specific toilet; I think all of them are bad! Everywhere is dirty, smelly, wet, and muddy — you name it, they’ve got it.<br><br>There are even bugs and cockroaches that I saw at some cubicles, and people who used it can’t even flush because it gets choked so badly.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Jae: </strong>The public toilets at <strong>McDonald’s</strong>, <strong>Coffee Bean &amp; Tea Leaf (CBTL)</strong>, and <strong>East</strong> <strong>Coast</strong> <strong>Lagoon</strong> aren’t too bad if you’re urgent for a public toilet. Might be a slight issue if you’re at the end of the East Coast Park, as it may take a <strong>20-minute</strong> walk to get there.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Yan</strong>: My worst experience is none other than <strong>Plaza Singapura, </strong>especially their <strong>Basement </strong>two toilet. It’s so gross; I saw a <strong>cockroach</strong> by the door, but I was halfway pooping, so I had to <em>lock in</em> and stay nonchalant so it didn’t fly to my face.<br><br>It was my top nerve-wracking experience in my <strong>25</strong> years of life because what do I do if the cockroach starts flying? <p><strong>Ash: </strong>I think the worst toilet I ever went to was at <strong>SuperBowl Jurong</strong>; there were no tissues, and I was unable to lock the door.&nbsp;</p>
