With elegant chandeliers, indoor greenery, and mosaic tiles, the restaurant elevates the cha chaan teng experience while still retaining the classic Hong Kong-style decor.

They also have an al fresco dining section that’s pet-friendly, which makes them one of the very few Chinese restaurants in Singapore where you can bring your furkids along. (It’s definitely nice to see some variety in pet-friendly dining spots around the island!)

The restaurant’s extensive menu includes noodles, congee, dim sum, traditional bread, as well as roasted duck — dishes that will bring you right back to Hong Kong.

Dig into the London Roast Duck, the restaurant chain’s specialty. With tender, succulent meat and delightfully crisp skin, it’s certainly a must-try when you visit. 

Another popular item on the menu is the HK Wanton Noodle, which you’ll find differs slightly from its Singaporean counterpart. Instead of serving wontons filled with minced meat, the dumplings here are filled with juicy shrimp, making for a lighter, crunchier bite. 

A dish I was also happy to spot on the menu is the Rice Roll with Dough Fritters, which instantly takes me back to breakfasts spent in cha chaan tengs during my travels in Hong Kong. 

And of course, it wouldn’t be a Hong Kong eatery without the quintessential Bolo Bun. The crisp golden bun makes for a great tea time snack, or a sweet dessert to end your meal.

So the next time you crave Cantonese fare, you don’t have to go all the way to Hong Kong for an authentic cha chaan teng experience!
