We’ve already shared about our time at Fortuna Terrazza, a meal that felt like a quick escape to the Amalfi Coast. Now, we’re taking a trip to Tutto by Da Paola. 

The Italian bistro made its debut in Jewel Changi Airport earlier this month, and its entrance sets a polished tone with white and grey hues, gold accents, and a backlit sign. Step inside, though, and the mood shifts into something far more playful. 

You’ll weave through bright orange and white striped walls paired with warm wooden furnishings. On paper, the colour palette shouldn’t work, yet Tutto pulls it off effortlessly, creating a space that somehow feels like home—if home happened to be an Italian vacation villa. 

One thing we love about Tutto is the chance to watch the chefs make pasta entirely from scratch. It’s a clear sign you’re getting the real deal, with every bowl served at its finest and freshest. 

The menu is extensive and ideal for anyone obsessed with Italian food. In order to avoid decision fatigue, we’ve crafted the perfect approach to help you maximise your Tutto experience. 

Since it’s an Italian cuisine restaurant, you’ll want to save plenty of space for pasta and pizza. Start with one of three solid pasta picks—Assassina (S$18), Carbonara (S$19), or Aglio Olio e Peperoncino (S$16). 

Once that’s settled, try the pizzas. The menu is huge, but we’ll narrow it down for you with the Pugliese (S$27). It’s crowned with a bubbly burrata that oozes egg yolk over the toppings. Another great option is the Gamberi e Limone (S$28), featuring prawn bisque, San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, and lemon for a refreshing, seafood flavour. 

Even if you’re stuffed, dessert is a must. Skip Birds of Paradise and indulge in their Nutella Cake (S$15) or Cheesecake (S$14.50). End off the night with a drink or two to complete the full Tutto experience. 

Plan a pasta night with the girls anytime—the bistro is open daily, though closing hours may vary.
