Q Classified’s space is like a scene out of a fairy tale — the roomy open concept makes it look like a dreamy pink garden filled with vibrantly coloured flowers at every corner while dainty white birdcages hang from the ceiling.

If there’s an award for “most IG-worthy new cafe”, it will certainly be in the running.

Other than being a great spot for those #OOTD shots, Q Classified does also serve up some very interesting items on its menu, which incorporates a lot of familiar local elements into brunch style food.

Opened by the same people behind popular cafe concept Greyhound cafe and modern dim sum restaurant Masa by Black Society, it’s only natural to expect the quirkiest ideas from this new cafe.

One of the most obvious Asian influences that can be seen at Q Classified is in their “bunwiches”, which use baos in the place of regular bread. The Trio Xin Tian Di Chinese Bunwich (S$16) comes in a trio with very familiar flavours including a classic kong ba bao, shredded duck meat with hoisin sauce, and sweet and sour fish.

You can also find Asian elements in their other sandwiches such as the Korean-inspired Bulgogi Beef Wagyuwich (S$26) or the Seafood Laksa Toast (S$16) which features a bold local spin.

Another pretty unique item that Q Classified has and you don’t see at many other cafes are Dutch baby pancakes, loaded with generous amounts of fillings encased within a crispy ring of crust.

For those who have a sweet tooth, you’d want to get the interesting Red Ruby with Coconut Ice Cream (S$15) for an Asian twist on the indulge treat. Or else there’s also the more classic combo of Fresh Banana Chocolate Granola with Chocolate Ice Cream (S$14).

Q Classified also offers a savoury option for their fluffy Dutch baby pancakes in the form of a Spinach & Egg (S$15) ensemble for those looking for a heartier option.

And if you need a post-shopping caffeine boost those also have coffee options available including creamy smooth Korean Dalgona Coffee (S$8) which was all the rage last year.
