This is no ordinary buffet, given that the restaurant boasts panoramic views of Marina Bay and the South China Sea. It’s situated on level 32 of the hotel after all, with floor-to-ceiling windows, that take the dining experience to a whole new level (literally)!
Ready yourself for an international buffet spread comprising seafood on ice, interactive kitchen stations, decadent desserts, and so much more.
I foresee most diners (myself included) making a beeline for the sumptuous selection of seafood, which includes Blue Swimmer Crab, Boston Lobster, Seasonal Shucked Oysters, and Salmon Sashimi.
Aside from Charcuterie & Cheese and/or Trishaw Laksa, you mustn’t forget to stop by both the interactive Live Pasta Station and Carving Station, which features a rotating menu of meats like Grilled Australian Tomahawk, Roasted Legs of Lamb, Roasted USDA Prime Ribs, and Miso Glazed King Salmon.
And of course, you can also look forward to Asian and local delights like 65′ Degree Sous Vide Pork Char Siew, Teo Chew Steam Seabass, and Butter Chicken.
End off the meal with an array of irresistible desserts, from assorted Gelato and Sorbet to Croffles prepared to order — ooh la la.
