Nestled within SCAPE*, the brand is built on honouring the wisdom and taste of traditional Asian recipes while embracing modern-day twists. 

Expect yourself to find traditional handcrafted desserts such as Milky Triumph (S$8.80), and Black Sesame Rice Mochi (S$4.50).

If you’re into modern desserts, Pistachio Fairy Cream (S$8.50) and Emerald Mountain Matcha (S$6.60) are some of the desserts you should definitely get.

Their signature Milky Triumph is a concoction of grass jelly, red bean, taro balls, peach gum, and lotus seed. You can customise your base with their selection of milk, oat milk, coconut milk, or fungus water. Avid fans of Nine Fresh will definitely enjoy this familiar dessert.

Another dessert I am stoked to try is the Emerald Mountain Matcha — a dessert comprising Matcha ice cream and powder, pearls and rice mochi. 

If you’re more of a DIY sort of person, customise your own bowl with either Grass Jelly or Soya Bean as your base (S$2.20). Add on minimum two toppings, from S$1.10. Toppings include Matcha Ice Cream at S$1.70, Rice Mochi at S$2.20, and Taro Paste at S$2.20 per scoop.

As an avid fan of matcha, I was glad that they have a variety of Matcha options such as the Iced Matcha Latte (S$5.50), Dirty Matcha Latte (S$6), Strawberry Matcha Latte (S$6), and Banana Pudding Matcha Latte (S$7.20).

Not a fan of desserts? SuiTok also has freshly baked Shio Buns (S$1.70). Personally, the Garlic Butter Shio Pan (S$2.20) sounds the most enticing to me as a garlic and butterholic.
