A sight to behold as you enter, The Mirabilis Jalapa, also known as the Four O’clock Flower, greets you with delight. Famous for its fragrant blooms in the late afternoon through the night, the flower is a reflection of The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak‘s opening hours.

The floral sculpture reaches a height of five meters at the outdoor bar, and is adorned with dainty luminescent vines. When lit, the Four O’clock Flower transforms the space into an Instagram-worthy moment with sweeping views of southern Singapore. 

Beyond aesthetics, the bar showcases great practicality through canopy walkways that connect key areas of the venue. Since each space offers a distinct atmosphere, these walkways act as portals, transporting you to a completely new vibe and party.

With such a beautiful interior paired with functionality, it’s no surprise that the bar received the Gold Winner award for Restaurant Interior Design at the International Architecture & Design Awards 2025. 

The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak also prides itself on their Cócteles de Jardin (Garden Cocktails) menu, floral-inspired cocktails infused with herbs, plants, flowers and fruits. Highlights include The Mirabilis (S$22)—a fragrant mix of rose, lavender and citrus, Agrios (S$20)—a lively lemon spritz featuring vodka and limoncello, and Menta (S$22)—a cool, herbaceous tequila creation balanced with fresh mint. Non-alcoholic options are also available, such as the Hibisco (S$13)—a juicy hibiscus–lychee refresher, or Naranja (S$13)—a citrus-led blend with soft botanical accents.

As you set foot into the cafe, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful full-length floral wall for the perfect shot to update your social media feeds with. 

As if that’s not dazzling enough, the ceiling is even decked out with a cloud-like floral centrepiece in pretty pink and purple pastels — you’re bound to feel like you’re living in a fairytale. 

If the blossoms ignite your creativity, why not surprise your date with a personalised gift? Sugaroses offers a unique floral jamming experience that takes place in the in-house DIY studio, in which you’ll be able to assemble a stunning bouquet by choosing from a large variety of fresh flowers. 

Apart from the actual flowers, Sugaroses also provides decorative items like floral wrappers, ribbons, tools and vases. Don’t worry if you’re new to this — the florist will guide you through the entire process.

There are three different packages offered, with prices starting from S$49.90, depending on the bouquet size you’re looking for. 

Furthermore, those who prefer to leave it to the professionals can simply choose from a lovely selection of pre-assembled bouquets. With so many choices, ranging from vibrant sunflowers to deep red roses, you’ll definitely be able to find flowers for any occasion here.

Apart from floral jamming, you can also unwind in the cafe and indulge in eats such as their signature Tom Yum Seafood Pasta (S$19.90), plus options under S$15 such as Rendang Chicken Rice (S$10.90), Grilled Chicken Bagel (S$13.90) and more. 

Choose from an array of unique drinks to accompany your meal, like their Signature Chocolate (S$6.90), Iced Bird’s Nest Oolong (S$8.90), or even a Peanut Butter Latte (S$8.90). While the drinks may be on the pricier side, you can redeem a free coffee if you’re purchasing a floral jamming package.

The studio’s plush toy bouquets are carefully handcrafted with plush flowers and decor — resulting in an unexpectedly whimsical gift with a cuddly plushie right in the middle. 

There are seven delightful designs to choose from, including bunnies, bears, and beloved Sanrio characters. Whichever you pick, one thing’s for sure, you’re not going to find a cuter bouquet anywhere else.

The bouquets are thankfully also fairly affordable. Standing at a height of 35cm, they’re priced from S$39. Considering how most floral arrangements of that size cost at least S$55, we’d say these are quite the steal. There’s also the fact that the plush toy bouquets will last much, much longer than fresh flowers — making them all the more worth it.

Besides plush toy bouquets, the studio also sells character-themed preserved flowers. From afar, these look like they could also be fluffy plush toys… But take a closer look and you’ll see that they’re actually made of hundreds of preserved flowers intricately put together to form adorable characters.

The studio has made popular characters such as Hello Kitty, Rilakkuma, and Kirby — but if you have any other characters you’d like made, you can reach out to them to let them know. More designs can also be found on their Instagram and RED pages.
