If you agree, popular BBQ restaurant Carnivore Brazilian Churrascaria is coming in hot with an exciting buffet promotion no self-respecting meat lover should be missing out on.
Located in Robertson Quay (they were formerly located in CHIJMES), the churrascaria specialises in Brazilian BBQ served rodízio-style, where a wide variety of rotisserie-grilled meats on skewers are brought to your table by knife-wielding passadors (meat servers) and carved right onto diners’ plates.
There is no a la carte option, jus the buffet, but that means diners will get unlimited servings of succulent meats like Beef Rump Cap (Picanha), Beef Short Ribs, Beef Hump, Boneless Leg of Lamb, Pork Ribs, Roast Pork Belly, Homemade Sausage, Boneless Chicken Thighs, and even Chicken Hearts.
Don’t get caught up in the meat frenzy and miss out on the Butterfish and Grilled Pineapple, both must-haves.
Take a break in between all those servings of meat by hitting up the self-service buffet station, where you’ll find a rotating array of hot and cold side dishes, salads, soup, sauces, and desserts, including the likes of Brazilian Mixed Bean Salad, Pao de Queijo (cheese balls), Creamy Mashed Potato, and Beef Stew.
You can now enjoy 1-for-1 on Carnivore’s Early & Late Dining Dinner Buffet from Mondays to Wednesdays during the following time slots:
- 5.30pm–7pm
- 9.30-11pm
This means that each diner will only need to fork out S$34.50++ (U.P. S$69), which is super value-for-money.
Do note that this promotion is limited to the first 10 pairs of guests per session, and online reservations are required! Diners must also be seated in the outdoor area and adhere to the 90 minute dining time.
