Fans of Disney and its related properties, unite! Or should we say, assemble? D23 Asia: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is coming to Singapore for the very first time next year, with tickets going on sale in November 2026.
For the uninitiated, D23 is exactly as Disney describes — the ultimate event for Disney fans to celebrate and get a sneak peek at upcoming releases. The Singapore edition will take place from 25 to 27 June 2027 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
According to the announcement by The Walt Disney Company, D23 Asia will be the one event “offering guests exclusive, first access to the latest and greatest in Disney storytelling, creativity, and innovation”.
With the latest D23: Ultimate Fan Event 2026 having just taken place over the weekend of 14–16 August, it is the perfect reference point for what we can expect at D23 Asia in Singapore.
Over the weekend, top stars and storytellers involved in the biggest projects under the Disney umbrella gathered to share exciting updates, first looks and exclusive previews. These included movie projects from Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar, and Walt Disney Animation Studios.
New trailers for Avengers: Doomsday and Star Wars: Ahsoka Season 2, the first cast reveal for a new X-Men movie, and a first look at Frozen III were some announcements that got the internet buzzing.
One can only anticipate the kind of announcements we will get and the creators, actors, and artists we will host next year in Singapore. As of the time of writing, no confirmed schedule or programme details have been confirmed, so we will have to stay tuned.
Some projects we expect to be featured at D23 Asia: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event are those set to be released in 2027 and beyond, such as Avengers: Secret Wars, the Tangled live-action movie, The Incredibles 3, Coco 2, and more.
Based on the increase in Disney collaborations in Singapore recently, we are also expecting to hear about more immersive Disney experiences coming to our island. Tickets for D23 Asia in Singapore will go on sale in November 2026.
