That’s right, Scotch Whisky brand Dewar’s and The Bar at 15 Stamford are holding a pop-up event, Dewar’s Dramshop, for one night only on 27 October at ETTA, with good food, plenty of drinks and jazzy beats to keep the party going.
The best part? Dewar’s Dramshop is a walk-in event, no reservations needed, where you can enjoy Dewar’s Whisky Highballs, shop retro thrift items, and munch on bar bites while grooving to The DJ Dispensary and the New Stream Brass Band.
With various highball concoctions such as The Original Soda Highball, Japanese Whisky Highball and other floral flavours, you can sample Dewar’s range of classic Whisky highballs that will leave you coming for seconds.
The fun continues with a mini record store and thrift shop section by Fook Yu Records, where you can snag vinyls from 80s rock, pop, and original soundtracks, as well as unique retro items and accessories, with plenty of vintage finds like gramophones and old cameras.
If you’re feeling peckish, grab a hot dog or some kacang putih to satisfy your food cravings before heading to the dance floor and jiving to the latest hits and 80s’ favourites. The DJ Dispensary has DJed at many pop-up events, and will be keeping the party going along with The New Stream Brass Band the first-ever Singapore-based New Orleans style brass band that blends Jazz, Funk, Latin and Hip-Hop styles with traditional New Orleans brass sounds.
