Located in the heart of CBD along Anson Road, the Jom Dim Sum Lunch buffet is M Hotel Singapore’s first-ever halal dim sum buffet where you get to stuff yourself silly with the classic Hong Kong steamed delights. In case you’re wondering, dim sum is a Chinese dish that translates to “to touch the heart”, and this heavenly dim sum buffet will touch your heart and your tastebuds with their heartwarming dishes.
The buffet menu will feature halal variations of dim sum classics like Chicken Siew Mai, Chicken Char Siew Pau, Traditional-baked Chicken Char Siew Puff, Seafood Chee Cheong Fun, and more. I’m especially excited that my favourite Charcoal Golden Sand Bun, Prawn Paste Chicken Wing, Fried Carrot Cake and Cantonese-style Chicken Feet are also featured on the buffet menu — I will definitely be piling those up on my plate.
CBD office workers are in for a hearty lunch with your colleagues as the buffet menu also features hearty mains like Roast Chicken served with chicken rice, Chicken Porridge, and everyone’s favourite Laksa. If you love dumplings, there is also a selection of Shrimp dumplings and Shanghai dumplings available.
Make sure you save space for dessert as there is a selection of tarts, fruits as well as a Pandan Kueh Lapis for you to end your feast on a sweet note. Durian lovers should definitely have a go at the D24 Durian Mochi — as a durian lover myself, this already sounds delicious.
