The film will be screened on a large 12m screen, for optimal viewing, and the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra, Singapore’s only fully-independent professional symphony orchestra will be bringing the magic to you.
Award-winning composer Nicholas Hooper delivers an exciting new arrangement that will let you experience the film in a whole different way – with the inclusion of Japanese taiko drums to create a deeper and sinister undercurrent that accompanies the epic moments of the movie.
You’ll get to hear two new main themes to the movie, which use unique instruments and experimental techniques to create an auditory masterpiece. The 2 hour and 18 minute long concert will be held at the Esplanade Theatre, which has high-quality acoustics and a seating arrangement that ensures ample viewing room.
