This September, HighHouse and NOVA are bringing together mixology-focused House of Cocktails, Sam’s Deli’s second-year Cheesy Sausage Edition with DJ Chander Cheese, and the cathartic Mandopop night, Lonely Hearts Club – all led by a standout roster of bartenders and DJs!
HighHouse: The High Table 4th Edition Ft. Chefs Daniel & Tamara Chavez
Why hop venues when HighHouse does both? Start with dinner, stay for the nightlife. Chefs Daniel and Tamara Chavez are cooking up a limited-time-only Nikkei menu – Peruvian flavours with Japanese techniques.
Unsure of what to order? We’d recommend the Pulpo Rosita Yimura (S$32), a refreshing twist on traditional octopus; Crab Tostaditas (S$42), a perfect bite-size appetiser; and the Beef Anticuchos (S$65), Peru’s iconic street food with Wagyu rendered to a perfect medium.

Need an outlet to let out all emotions on the dance floor? DJ Samrove will heal and collectively comfort heartbreaks with classic bittersweet Mandopop anthems. Look forward to a creative curation of cocktails inspired by the best Chinese Songs to numb those overthinking and tangled feelings on 18 September 2026, 10pm onwards to 2am.
HighHouse: Sam’s Deli Ft. Chander Cheese
The monthly supper series is returning this September with the Cheesey Sausage Edition. Expect late-night bites with energetic, sleek beats by DJ Chander Cheese and Samrove on 25 September 2026, 11pm onwards to 3am. So snag some sausages with their homemade mountain cheesy sauce, and have the wurst night of your life. Enjoy early prices at S$30 with 2 drinks, or late-bird fees at S$40, also with 2 drinks.
NOVA: Supernova Ladies Night
You know the drill by now; every Wednesday calls for ladies night, from 11pm to 3am. DJ Tang is fueling the evening with Hip-hop, R&B tunes, and 2 complimentary entry drinks for all the beautiful ladies.
NOVA: Millennium Mambo
Every Thursday screams for a throwback, going back to the 2000s, DJ Samrove presents Y2K hits and non-stop bangers from 10pm to 1am. And the best part? Ladies get to enjoy free-flow drinks and a 1-for-1 deal for the gentlemen.
