We can all agree that Singaporeans love IKEA and Mala! As more food establishments start to whip up mala delicacies to spice up their menu, IKEA is no exception. The divine pair shows up as IKEA introduces much welcomed additions to their menu, albeit temporarily.
6pcs Mala Chicken Wings (S$9.50)
These Mala chicken wings will undoubtedly go well with the legendary IKEA meatballs! Tossed in dry Mala dressings and chili padi, they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making them a sensation to remember. This dish will be served in plates of 6, and will only be up on the menu until 28 February, so be sure to give it a try before it’s gone!
Mala Chicken Leg With Spaghetti (S$9)
Another new item on the menu is the Mala Chicken Leg with Spaghetti, a golden and juicy chicken drumstick cooked with Mala pasta and a side of broccoli. This numbingly hot dish spans over a shorter period of time, and it will swiftly be gone by 7 February.
BBQ Pork Ribs with Fries (S$12)
Here’s something for the meat lovers! Besides the Mala dishes, IKEA will also be introducing BBQ Pork Ribs with Fries to their menu. With a tender half-rack of ribs coupled with classic barbecue sauce, this dish definitely will not go wrong! Same as the Mala Chicken Wings, this dish will only be available till 28 February.
