Joy Luck Teahouse has since opened multiple outlets outside of their flagship ION Orchard outlet. They can be found in various parts of Singapore, including Bugis Junction and Causeway Point.
However, the Wife Biscuits are a new addition to Joy Luck Teahouse. They are newly launched to celebrate the launch of the Joy Luck Teahouse Junction 8 outlet.
In addition, the Joy Luck Teahouse’s Wife Biscuit will be exclusively available at Junction 8 from 15 April 2021 to 18 April 2021.
Each piece of Wife Biscuit will cost S$2.50 and will only be available at other outlets after that.
To commemorate their new Junction 8 outlet, there will be Wife Biscuit promos available on those exclusive 3 days:
- First 88 customers can enjoy a 1-for-1 on Joy Luck Teahouse’s Wife Biscuits, buy 1 box (containing 4), get 1 box free. There is a limit of 1 box for each customer.
- But every customer after the first 88 will get 18 percent off the Wife Biscuits (no minimum quantity).
If you haven’t had Wife Biscuits, or “Lo Po Beng” as they call it in Cantonese, it’s a very popular traditional pastry with a flaky crust. Underneath the pastry skin is a wintermelon filling that is both sweet and slightly refreshing.
The Wife Biscuits will be baked on-site at Joy Luck Teahouse’s Junction 8 outlet for maximum freshness and quality.
So, head down to their new Junction 8 outlet early during the opening days if you’re looking to score yourself some Wife Biscuits. The earlier you go, the more likely you’d be able to get yourself a great 1-for-1 deal.
