The garden transforms into an enchanting oasis adorned with fairy lights as night falls. Grab an ice-cold Suntory Premium Malt and your best bud (or partner), and you’re in for a tranquil evening dining beneath the stars.

Aside from the classic Fish & Chips (S$24) and Hamburger + Fries (S$21), Kibar also dishes out tapas-style sharing plates and hearty mains with bold, umami flavours, such as the Mille Feuille Pork Katsu (S$17), Drunken Vongole + Kombu Butter (S$24), and Grilled Uni + Seafood Bibimbap Skillet (S$28).

Some of their bestsellers, like the Ox Tongue Kushiyaki (S$12) and Pork Belly + Mochi, “Okonomiyaki” Style Kushiyaki (S$6), are expertly grilled over Japanese binchotan charcoal. I personally would order the unique Mentaiko Ciabatta (S$7) and Miso Yuzu Corn Ribs (S$8), which I swear I’ve seen on TikTok.

Fresh seafood & sashimi

Since you’re dining by the sea, why not dive right into all it has to offer? Slurp up Japanese Oysters (S$19 for 3pcs), exquisite assorted Sashimi (from S$14), or the artfully plated Chirashi Rice Bowl (S$28), which happens to be included in the set lunch available from 11am to 3pm.

Fusion pastas & noodle dishes

If you’re all about that laidback life, be sure to order at least one of Kibar’s innovative carb-laden creations, including the Aburi Mentaiko + Carbonara Spaghetti (S$21), Unagi + Soy Butter Spaghetti (S$21), and even a hulking Flintstone Tan Tan Ramen (S$52) fit for two.
