Lola’s Cafe opens second outlet in a gorgeous Holland Village space with signature honey paprika wings & more

by Christabel Tan

Having opened in 2013 (and withstood the test of time), Lola’s Cafe in Kovan is no stranger to Singapore’s cafe scene. Long regarded as one of the most popular cafes around, they’ve finally made a move to the west, with a second outlet in Holland Village.

Holland Village is one of my favourite neighbourhoods for cafe hopping, especially on days when I’m feeling a little more boujee.

The gorgeous two-storey cafe is decked out in wooden tones and neutral colours, with pops of green and plenty of natural light. If you’re dropping by for brunch with your fur babies in tow, grab an Iced Strawberry Thyme Green Tea (S$6.50) and hang out in the alfresco pet-friendly area.

Catered to both “novelty-seekers as well as the old-fashioned romantics”, the food menu features timeless favourites and brand new contemporary fare exclusive to this new outlet.

Brunch classics like Lola’s Breakfast (S$23) and Shakshuka (S$16) are joined by new entrants, the Tsukune Sando (S$17) and Mushroom & Ricotta Ravioli (S$20),

Don’t miss out on the slurp-worthy pasta that’s exclusive to Holland Village: Spicy Crab Rigatoni (S$20), Bacon Carbonara (S$18), and Duck Ragu Fettucine (S$20).

But of course, a meal at Lola’s Cafe is not complete without the iconic Honey Paprika Crispy Wings (S$13), which I’m currently craving for.

I’ll see you for brunch at Lola’s this weekend?
