Rollie Olie is starting this year with a bang, having expanded to their fourth outlet. They’re rolling into Woodlands with this swanky new Rollie Olie Woods Square outlet.

To celebrate their new milestone, Rollie Olie is offering a special 1-for-1 offer. So that you can indulge in some of their signature rolls at the new Wood Square outlet from 11 March 2021 to 12 March 2021.

So, the good news is that you can get a 1-for-1 sushi roll promo at Rollie Olie Wood Square by flashing the telegram post on @sgfoodlobang. You just have to show that you are a subscriber and you’re good to go!

Do note that the discount will be for the roll with the lower value of the two rolls purchased.

The promo is only limited to 1 redemption per table. Alternatively, each customer can redeem one deal for takeaway, if the outlet is full.

You can find the Rollie Olie Wood Square outlet sitting in the basement, with a pleasant and simple white decor. For some vibes, you can choose to dine in the small outdoor enclave facing the small pond.

If you haven’t heard of Rollie Olie before, they are popular for their fun spins on their signature sushi rolls. They range from classic Californian rolls to playful Korean inspired creations.

However, you can’t really go to Rollie Olie without trying their timeless classic—the Sunkissed Salmon (S$8.50/15.80).

Sushi roll lovers will enjoy its delectable core of succulent crab meat and avocado, and the beautifully aburi-ed salmon covering it. Not to mention the lavish finishing of rich sauce and tobiko.

Alternatively, go for the Dos Amigos (S$8.50/15.80) or Bollywood (S$7.50/14) if you want something funkier. The Mexican and Indian-inspired rolls are sure to excite yourpalates.

In particular, we enjoyed the Dos Amigos‘ playful ensemble of grilled unagi, cream cheese, avocado and tamago. It was a very interesting blend of sweetness from unagi and the light savouriness from cream cheese.

But if you’re going for something heartier, maybe you will appreciate their poke bowls packed full of wholesome ingredients.

Rollie Olie’s Wood Square outlet has both lighter flavours such as the Yuzu Bliss (S$13.90), and also heavier flavours like the Cha Cha Cha (S$13.90).

If you’re fan of spice, the Cha Cha Cha’s siracha hot sauce will hit all the sweet spots. Don’t worry that it’ll be too overwhelming, there are also bits of watermelon and feta cheese for a refreshing contrast.

Besides the mains, they also have nice little bar bites if you just want a nibble. There’s the standard Chicken Karrage (S$6.50) for those who like it simple, or a unique Beef Cheese Gyoza (S$7) which tastes a bit like cheeseburgers.

The 1-for-1 sushi roll deal is definitely a steal. So if you live in the North area, you should head down to Rollie Olie’s new Wood Square outlet to try their signature sushi rolls.
