First up, the iconic Sentosa GrillFest will be making a comeback with delectable grilled delights and beachside barbecues from 21 October to 13 November along Siloso Beach. With 31 F&B establishments spread out over four different food zones, you can expect an array of creative grilled foods like smoked meats, desserts, and many more.

Local Flavours features local delights with smoky grilled flavours, including the likes of charcoal wok-fried Hokkien mee, Brazilian churrasco BBQ, and bamboo nasi lemak, which can be enjoyed within the brand-new Central Beach Bazaar.

If you’ve visited the previous renditions of GrillFest, make a beeline for Greatest Hits, which showcases elevated fan favourites by participating eateries like Homeground Grill & Bar, Wild Tide, and more.

One of the more unique zones, Just Grill, will allow guests to choose from an assortment of fresh meat or seafood and have them grilled to their liking, served with a selection of specially curated sides.

After all that feasting, you can wind down with craft beer, live music, and good vibes at Chill Out, a special zone along the beach at Emerald Pavilion. Don’t miss out on the limited-edition brews, grilled fruits, and artisanal ice cream offerings.

Coupled with the complimentary Movies by the Beach screenings and a Festive Market (a shopper’s paradise), you’re in for an unforgettable evening under the stars.
