Craving Thai cuisine? You’re in luck with Siam Village and their wide variety of Thai dishes. With no GST and service charge, this restaurant is a hidden gem located in Macpherson.
From steamed seabass to Tom Yum, there’s something for everyone. Have a spicy bowl of Tom Yum noodles with fresh ingredients at only S$8.90, with their Thai Ice Tea (or a drink of your preference) add-on at only S$1. Another must-try is the Basil Minced Pork with Rice (S$9.90), where you’ll be treated to a flavourful dish with basil-infused minced pork.
If you’re a fan of prawns, try the Thai Style Prawn and Crayfish with Glass Noodle in Claypot (S$18), which has glass noodles topped with juicy prawns and crayfish. You can’t miss their steamed seabass (S$29) either, with a tangy steamed seabass in lemon, chilli and aromatic spices.
Vegetarian options are also available, with vegetarian sweet and sour pork with rice (S$8), kway teow (S$7.90), and other dishes for those in the mood for vegetarian food. You can also find Thai street food favourites here, and they’re known for their salted egg chicken drumlets (S$12.90), pandan chicken (S$9), as well as other dishes. You can also try their soft-shell lala (S$16.90), which goes great with a main meal.
Set meals are also available, from couple sets to family sets (S$38.90 onwards), which include salad, meat dish, soup, and an omelette or vegetable dish. Each set also comes with a choice of Thai Milk Tea or Lemongrass, and mango sticky rice! Finally, wash down your hearty meal with refreshing drinks from Thai coconut (S$4.90) to Thai Iced Tea, and mango milkshakes (S$5.90).
Siam Village is also running a happy hour promotion from 5pm to 8pm daily, which gets you a free additional beer with every beer purchased.
