Looking to spice up your boring Wednesday into something more fun? Say less, because Sip Sip is having a GirlSip Session every Wednesday.
Sip Sip is turning up their game on Wednesday Nights with Bottomless Truffle Fries, a Live DJ Set, and 1-for-1 Cocktails from 8pm onwards till midnight. August is kicking off with pumped music and a female-led DJ lineup – DJ Highness on 19 August 2026 and DJ Gigi on 26 August 2026. Do note that the kitchen closes at 9.30pm, so snag your truffle fries before the unlimitedness runs out.
Sip o’ Clock
Sip and Blow Water’s signature cocktail lineup – four handcrafted pours at S$18 each. Start with the CC:MI, a clean, botanical mix of Old Tom gin, Midori, and Lillet Blanc with a fruity finish, then move into the Brainstorm, a refreshing vodka-based sip with sour plum, citrus, and cooling mint. For coffee lovers, the Coffee Cat 2.0 takes the classic espresso martini and makes it richer and smoother with pisco, Tia Maria, and Disaronno Amaretto. Finish with the Office Affairs, a bold mezcal creation wrapped in salted caramel and tropical passionfruit flirtation.
Sip & Bite
Beyond the truffle fries and cocktails, diners can also savour the other menu items from Sip Sip. Some bites worth devouring are the Hasselback Potato (S$14) topped with truffle egg salad and tobiko, perfect for all the truffle girlies out there. Another would be the classic Paella Marinera (S$19) with a mix of seafood, or the Two-Sheet Lasagna (S$22) layered with Wagyu beef ragù, both perfect for sharing, paired with the Kombu Karaage (S$15) or Maitake Fritters (S$23) served with sour cream, salsa verde, and Pecorino Romano – the best indulgence recipe.
