If you’ve visited Spice Brasserie for its popular Lunch茶 Buffet that encompasses both lunch and afternoon tea, it’s high time you checked out the equally exciting buffet dinner.
Available daily, the buffet features a bounty of the best Asian street food in the form of all-you-can-eat crabs, hawker favourites, and decadent desserts.
Seafood lovers should make a beeline for the all-time favourite Singapore Chilli Crab with Mantou, alongside other delectable flavours like Spicy Mala, Garlic Ginger and Black Pepper (subject to change).
The Japanese sashimi station featuring the likes of Fresh Salmon, Maguro Tuna, and Sea Bream is also a hot commodity, as is the selection of fresh cold seafood on ice (think Fresh Tiger Prawn, Half Shell Scallop, and Gong Gong).
We hear the Fresh Tiger Prawn (better known as drunken prawns), infused in Chinese herbal broth and wine, is also a must-try.
Of course, you’ve got a variety of good ol’ local delights like Fried Oyster Omelette, Singapore Laksa, and Malaysia Herbal Bak Kut Teh. If I were you, I’d gladly help myself to multiple servings of the Dal Tadka Curry and Butter Chicken with Assorted Freshly Made Tandoori Naan.
End off on a sweet note with the Durian Pengat with Sticky Rice and the signature Teppanyaki Ice Cream.
The dinner buffet costs S$75 nett and S$85 nett per adult on weekdays and weekends (Friday to Sunday, including selected PH and eve of PH) respectively. You can even enjoy 20% off the buffet until 31 July 2023 if you quote “SPICEBUFFET” with your reservation enquiry!
