The highlight of the parlour’s menu, Chef Pairet’s Sundaes series, displays his years of confectionery experimentation and creativity. Sundaes in this line-up include Simple Sundaes (S$8), Sundaes Liégeois (S$10), and Sundae Crunch (S$12)—topped with home-made Chantilly.
Soft-serves like Caramel Butter Soy Ice Cream (SS$6), Pistachio Cherries Sundae (S$14), Lemon Tart Sundae (S$12), Chocolate Liégeois (S$10), and many more recipes developed by the Michelin chef.
If you do visit this creamery, Chef Pairet’s iconic Real French Toast (S$14) is a must-try! Indulge in sweet toast caramelised on the outside, refreshingly paired with a soft-serve ice cream; Warm Churros (S$6) made fresh at the service counter, dusted with sugar and served with a mini ice cream, and their classic in-house line of coffees (from S$6).
Beyond this polished gelateria, Chef Pairet’s second arm, Moutarde, lies next to it. Delivering the convivial spirit of modern Parisian bistros, Moutarde offers warm nuances through whole cuts, comforting sides, and classic French favourites.
