Got a hankering for good tapas and wine? Head to The Winery Gourmet Bar, a hidden gem in Siglap for an all-you-can-eat brunch that may just transport you to Spain.
Formerly known as The Wine Cove, this bar & restaurant boasts an exquisite selection of contemporary Spanish tapas and one of the widest selections of vintage European wines in Singapore. Wine aficionados can also explore the cosy walk-in wine retail cellar.
The space is inspired by old European wine dungeons straight out of the Middle Ages, so you’re in for an experience unlike any other.
If you’ve ever wanted to make merry at the Round Table, there’s even The King Arthur Room, a themed private dining room that can sit six, perfect for a convivial evening of feasting.
Here’s a feast fit for a king: indulge in free-flow Brunch at just S$48 for adults (and S$24 for kids) from Fridays to Sundays.
There are two seatings to choose from: 12pm–2pm or 2.30pm–4.30pm.
No Spanish dining experience is complete without at least two or more starters. Nibble on Huevos Estrellados, Crab Croquetas, and Jamon Bikini as you sip on your glass of red — brunch is just getting started!
As for the Mains, I think we can all agree that multiple orders of the Smoked Grain Fed Beef Brisket, Binchotan Grill Iberico Pork Ribs, and Yakimeshi & Argentinian Prawns are a must.
Get up close and personal with the classic Burnt Basque Cheese Cake and Torrija, a Spanish-style French toast. Go on and ask for a second helping. It’s dessert, after all.
