It’s time to get your hands dirty in the best way possible, with the help of arts & crafts store Tippsyfingers’ unique workshops.
Located in Woodlands, Tippsy Fingers has a wide range of workshops for all kinds of crafts to choose from including Glassware Art, Polymer Clay, and Art Jamming.
If you’re unfamiliar with what art jamming is, this is where your inner artist get to run wild through painting. Go crazy with the various art jamming workshop types — Acrylic Art Jamming, Mixed Medium Art Jamming, and Dual Art Jamming.
Although the workshops are not guided, there are instructors on-site to assist and provide light guidance.
If you’re looking for something more unique, opt for the Quartz Sand Art Jamming, Tote Bag Art Jamming, or Canvas Shoes Painting.
For the last two workshops, get ready to step up your game and rock one-of-a-kind kicks and totes!
All you’ve to do is personalise the provided shoes and tote bags to your heart’s content. And, there you go! You’ll have unique pieces in your closet you can proudly claim as your creation (I know I would if I were you).
However, pre-booking is required for Canvas Shoes Painting. So, don’t forget to choose your sneaker size and session at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
Kitchenware collectors, this one’s for you! No kitchen collection would be complete without a statement piece (obviously) and this is where Tippsyfingers’ Glassware Art workshops come in.
Choose from Glassware Etching and Glassware Painting.
For Glass Etching, you’ll experience the process of design weeding and vinyl application with chemical etching. This leaves the glassware with a frosted, etched finish in white and diffused shades. How cool is that?
For my clay enthusiasts, it’s your time to shine as you can dive into Tippsyfingers’ Polymer Clay workshops.
Those who love being extra with their accessories will definitely go crazy for the Beginner Clay Earrings Workshop. Since it’s a guided workshop, anyone with no experience with polymer clay can participate.
If you have green fingers, you can rejoice as they have a Thumb Pottery Planter Workshop. During this, you can create thumb-sized pottery and even plant your own tiny plants in them (I’m dying from the cuteness)!
The minimum quantity to make is two, so if you’re fast enough, you can take home more plants buddies (this means no pot goes lonely).
Aside from these regular workshops, Tippsyfingers has seasonal workshops available as well. These include the Macrame Plant Hanger workshop and the Besties Macrame Designed Tote Bag (for two) workshop.
Both involve the textile art of macrame, so you do knot want to miss out on these unique workshops to spruce up your bags and plant hangers!
As these workshops are seasonal, there are currently no available slots. So, do keep a lookout for the next time slots are open.
