If you’re someone who is constantly on the lookout for new desserts, especially ice cream, you would have heard about the viral tofu-based gelato brand, Tofu G. On our last visit to their new UE Square outlet, we were introduced to the exclusive Pomegranate flavour, alongside their other signature Tofu Gelato flavours.
Since then, we have found ourselves visiting Tofu G’s other outlets, simply because we wanted more of that tasty yet healthy alternative to gelato. And now, there is yet another location we need to visit — Tofu G’s Mandarin Gallery Level 2 outlet. The reason? A new Earl Grey Hojicha flavour.
Tofu G’s outlet at Mandarin Gallery Level 2 presents a new flagship experience for customers, featuring a complete dessert menu and a calming, Korean-inspired space. Leading the launch is the Earl Grey Hojicha Gelato, only available here at this outlet.
The new tea-based flavour has three layers of profiles — from a nutty, roasted hojicha foundation to delicate Earl Grey notes in the middle to a subtle yuzu finish. What you get is a comforting, balanced, and fragrant scoop.
Besides the exclusive new flavour, customers who visit the Mandarin Gallery Level 2 outlet can also look forward to all other items on Tofu G’s menu, including its Signature Tofu Gelato (S$8), Tofu Puddings (S$6), Tofu Tiramisu (S$8), and Korea’s Chewy Butter Mochi (S$9 for 4pcs).
Being able to enjoy all of Tofu G’s offerings would probably require time — and friends to share them with. Tofu G has designed the Mandarin Gallery space for this purpose, as a destination to retreat to with friends in the heart of Orchard Road.
