ABC Bargain Centre is selling 40 packets of Tom Yam Mamee noodles for S$1, and this will probably be the best bargain deal of 2021.
I found my love for Tom Yam instant noodles through late-night Mookata sessions with the squad. It’s a simple combination of bouncy noodles and sweet and sour broth, but it often finds a way into my thoughts at 2AM—even when I’m alone.
So when news about this ridiculously low-priced instant noodles was shared in posts put up in the 走，新加坡 (“Let’s Go, Singapore”) Facebook group by several members, it’s no surprise that Singaporeans have lost their minds over this crazy deal.
Tom Yam Mamee noodles cartons for $1
The Tom Yam Mamee noodles can be found at the outlets at Block 713 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6 and 19 Marsiling Lane.
At $1 for 40 packets, this works out to be just 2.5cents per packet. If you’re planning for midnight rounds of ban-luck and mahjong with your friends and family this CNY, this fire sale came just in time. There’s no need to order food delivery anymore when the Tom Yam Mamee noodles will fill your stomachs just fine.
However, instant noodle lovers have to take note that the expiry date on some of the carton boxes indicate the products will expire in a few months.
The usual price for one pack of five packets of noodles cost between S$1.50 and S$1.70 normally.
These are while stocks last, so don’t wait any longer.
