You may be familiar with TungLok Tea House in Square 2 for its retro Hong Kong cha chaan teng-inspired decor and automated tray delivery system, but did you know that it also has a High Tea Buffet with all-you-can-eat dim sum and so much more?

That’s right — there’s no better time to live out your wildest dim sum dreams at this value-for-money buffet priced at just S$21.80++ for adults and S$15.80++ for children on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Available from 3pm to 5pm, this 90-minute buffet lets you pick and choose from an array of 30 dishes, including the likes of dim sum, appetisers, deep-fried and sauteed dishes, rice and noodles, and even desserts.

Start off with the usual dim sum staples like Steamed BBQ Pork Bun, Siew Mai, and Deep-fried Beancurd Skin Roll with Fresh Prawn, before moving on to heartier options like Flower Clam with Chilli Crab Sauce, Minced Pork and Century Egg Porridge, and Honey Pork Chop.

There’s even Braised Fish Maw with Dried Seafood Bisque for those who want the most bang for their buck. Although beverages are not included in the buffet, diners can still enjoy 1-for-1 Beverages — not a bad deal at all!

If you can’t make it on the weekend, TungLok Teahouse also offers an all-you-can-eat A La Carte Dinner Buffet (from S$36.80++ per adult from Mondays to Thursdays) with a greater variety of dishes to choose from.

Aside from crowd favourites like Deep Fried Prawn with Wasabi-mayo Sauce and Wok-fried ‘Hor Fun’ with Egg, you’re also entitled to premium items like Braised Whole Abalone with Beancurd and Fried Salmon with Chef’s Special Sauce (limited to one serving per table).
