From 1 June to 31 August 2026, SKAI invites you to a charming new high tea experience inspired by Disney’s Winnie the Pooh and friends. Set against panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline, the experience invites guests into the gentle story of Pooh and his adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood, where familiar characters are reimagined through refined flavours and clever culinary craft.

Led by Executive Chef Enver Can Gumus and Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong, the menu balances storytelling and imagination with precision, translating beloved moments into a series of playful savouries and intricately detailed sweets that feel nostalgic.
Character-Inspired Sweets

The pastry selection brings the Hundred Acre Wood to life through playful flavours and whimsical presentations. Sweet highlights include the Gentle Meadow Cream Tart, where vanilla cream cheese, orange compote and matcha sponge come together with a subtle crackle of popping candy, and Nectar Garden, which pairs Manuka honey-poached white peach with house-made yoghurt gelato and granola, finished with a delicate white chocolate bee.
Other standouts include the balloon-shaped Blushing Strawberry Delight and Golden Hunny Lemon Choux. The Blushing Strawberry Delight reflects Piglet’s gentle spirit through layers of Sengana strawberry cream, basil coulis and almond genoa sponge, finished with delicate strawberry chocolate detail. Meanwhile, the Golden Hunny Lemon Choux is an intricate creation inspired by Winnie the Pooh. It is shaped like a floating balloon and filled with forest honey lemon and mascarpone Chantilly.
The experience is elevated with a tableside presentation of three single-origin Indonesian honeys served in charming honey pots. Sample the rich and unfiltered Black Forest Honey from Flores, the mild and gently tangy Cotton Blossom Honey from Central Java, and the bold Dark Acacia Honey from Java, which carries subtle notes of chocolate and fruit. Each variety offers a unique flavour profile, allowing guests to customise and complement their dessert experience.
Savouries

On the savoury side, Chef Enver translates beloved characters into refined bites with creations such as Garden Harvest Basket, a carrot hummus tart inspired by Rabbit, Picnic Blanket Roll with Parma ham and truffle beetroot cream, Herb Garden with labneh and green pea dip, and A Little Blue Puff featuring char siu shrimp, ponzu mayonnaise and Oscietra caviar. The experience concludes with the Hunny Butter Picnic Bun, a fluffy, honey-infused corn bun layered with fig jam, mascarpone, and honeycomb, alongside warm, house-made scones served with Devonshire cream.
Beverages

To complete the afternoon tea, each set includes a choice of non-alcoholic cocktail, TWG Tea or gourmet coffee selections.
For alcohol-free cocktails, there is the Sweet Snuggle Fizz, which combines raspberry, lemon, grenadine, cream and soda for a bright, refreshing sip inspired by Piglet.
Another option is A Smackerel of Hunny, which blends chamomile tea, honey, ginger ale and apple cider vinegar foam into a warm, floral and lightly sparkling sip, themed after Pooh’s signature warmth and whimsy.
