Is the sweltering heat getting to you? Fret not, as HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir might have the perfect solution that will keep you feeling as cool as a cucumber. Aqua Adventure is a three-storey indoor waterpark that will make for great fun for the whole family!
Aqua Adventure is Singapore’s first integrated indoor water adventure park. The waterpark is divided into two zones — the wet and dry play zones. At the wet play zone, you’ll find an array of water slides, obstacle courses and even climbing activities.
Get your adrenaline pumping by taking on Singapore’s longest indoor waterslide that stretches over 114-metres long, complete with many sharp turns that will send you squealing with glee (or fear). The slide might be scary at first, but once you’re done, you’ll definitely want to ride it again.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Hop over to the 85-metre black hole tube slide that will send you down a series of twists and turns. As daunting as it sounds, the slide isn’t entirely pitch dark so you’ll still be able to see where you’re going — that is, if you aren’t screaming with your eyes closed.
Take your fun to the next level (literally) with the Aqua Course, which is an elevated obstacle course that will put your agility and balancing skills to the test. If you thought navigating an obstacle course was hard, wait till you try manoeuvring your way through this one with water splashing down on you. Don’t worry, you’ll have a safety harness strapped on to keep you safe while scaling the course.
For those who just wanna chill in the pool, the waterpark also has a laze pool for you to just float around in. From time to time, the Aqua Adventure staff will organise some games to keep you entertained while chilling in the pool.
If you prefer to stay clear of the splash zone, you can explore the drier Scramble Net where you’ll be faced with rope courses, tyre platforms, and swings. Let’s hope you don’t have a fear of heights.
Much like the attractions at Adventure HQ, you’ll also find a rock climbing wall here that’s fully-equipped with a buzzer for you to race your friends to the top. Unlike your usual rock climbing walls, these ones sport cute fittings like handlebars and rotating gears to shake things up.
