In the spirit of feasting without breaking the bank, Asian Market Cafe at Fairmont Singapore is offering an incredible 50% discount off its popular halal buffet from now till 21 March 2023.
The hotel buffet is best known for its halal-certified spread of local favourites and contemporary Southeast Asian delights that pay tribute to the diversity of flavours and cultures within the region.
In the months of January and February, diners can look forward to a Spring Awakening buffet line-up inspired by the Lunar New Year festivities.
Start off with a selection of seafood on ice like Cooked Prawn, Mud Crab, and Half Shell Scallop, as well as Sashimi and Tuna Tataki, alongside aromatic Singapore Laksa from the D.I.Y Noodle Station.
No reliable buffet is complete without the Live Stations serving Yuan Yang Chicken “Money Bag” and Grilled Satay with Condiments, as well as roasted meats like the Slow Roasted Spiced Leg of Lamb and Fortune Oat-crusted Norwegian King Salmon.
Local delicacies are given an extra special festive touch — tuck into the likes of Stir-Fried Crab “Tom-Siam” Style, “Prosperous” Glutinous Rice with Mushroom, Dried Shrimp and Peanut, and Roasted Duck with Herbal Sauce.
And of course, ending off with delightful desserts like Kueh Lapis with Gula Melaka Sauce, Portuguese Egg Tart, and Signature AMC Durian Pengat is a must.

The January Lunch Buffet is priced at S$78 per adult (Mon–Fri) and S$82 per adult on 21, 22 and 23 January 2023, while the Dinner Buffet is priced at S$84 per adult (Mon–Thu) and S$88 per adult (Fri–Sun).
However, prices will increase come February, with the regular Lunch Buffet priced at S$84 per adult.
Fortunately, from now till 21 March 2023, you can enjoy 50% off the buffet price if you own any one of the following cards: Accor Plus, AMEX Love Dining, OCBC, DBS/POSB, UOB, and CIMB. This means that you only need to pay S$39 per diner for the Lunch Buffet this month!
