Looking to break fast and/or come together with your friends and family over a delectable halal buffet spread this Ramadan 2023?
Here’s a worthy contender to add to your list of “best restaurants for Iftar” — the ever-so-reliable Ramadan buffet at Atrium Restaurant.
The lively and modern all-day dining establishment in the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is best known for its sumptuous halal-certified buffet spread offering both international fare and local delights.
With over 40 diverse dishes to choose from, diners are in for a gastronomic experience that won’t quite break the bank!
From 22 March to 1 May 2023, diners can look forward to a festive BBQ feast featuring grilled meats and seafood like otah-otah, Marinated Grilled Chicken Drumstick, Honey Chicken Wings, Roast Chicken, Sirloin Steak, Sambal Squid, Grilled Fish, and Corn on Cob.
The star of this year’s show is the Whole Spice Roast Baby Lamb, which is only available during dinner on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, served with pita bread, sambal belacan, spicy kicap manis, yoghurt dip, and tomato salsa with jalapeno.
On the other nights, the carving station plays host to Lamb Chops, Rib Eye, Lamb Leg, or Turkey Breast — all equally enticing!
Exclusive dishes aside, diners must also make a beeline for seafood on ice like Poached Tiger Prawn, Baby Abalone, and Half Shell Scallop, as well as the signature Slow-baked Whole Norwegian Salmon that comes with an array of tongue-tingling chilli sauces
The live stations are a crowd favourite, with most going for the Grilled Satay with Condiments, Freshly Made Prata with Dhal Curry and Chicken Curry, and Salmon Sashimi.
I for one particularly enjoyed both Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock’s Signature Laksa and the Hainanese Chicken Rice!
And of course, you can find a rotating assortment of delectable Malay and Indonesian cuisine, including the likes of Gado-Gado, Ayam Masak Merah, Beef Rendang, Udang lemak Nenas, Mutton Rendang, Ayam Pongteh, and more.
Sweet endings at Atrium Restaurant come in the form of desserts like Nyonya Kueh, DIY Ice Kachang, and Hawker Uncle Ice Cream served with Rainbow Bread or Wafer Slices.
In the spirit of keeping things celebratory, all adult diners can enjoy a whopping 50% off the buffet from 22 March to 1 May 2023.
This means that the Lunch Buffet is priced at S$45++ per adult (Mon to Fri, U.P. S$90) and S$47++ per adult (Sat & Sun, U.P. S$94), while the Dinner Buffet is priced at S$55++ per adult (Sun to Thu, U.P. S$110) and S$64++ per adult (Fri to Sun, U.P. S$128).
