There’s no need to put on the Sorting Hat when Awfully Chocolate has launched a new series of Harry Potter Mooncakes with flavours to represent all Hogwarts houses.

Harry Potter Mooncake Collection from Awfully Chocolate
An official collaboration with Warner Bros, the Harry Potter Mooncake Collection was designed right here in Singapore and is now available on Awfully Chocolate’s website for pre-ordering.
Clad in maroon red, the gold-rimmed, vintage chest comes imprinted with a Hogwarts logo — an uncanny resemblance to Harry’s personal Hogwarts trunk. While we won’t be passing through Platform 9 ¾ anytime soon, the chest holds enough magic to transport any Muggle into the Harry Potter universe.
Four mooncakes sit quietly in its interior, each presenting a Hogwarts house — Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin.
Each purchase also comes with an official certificate, declaring the chest as an official product of the Wizarding World. Something even Voldemort recognises as a prized possession.
For those with more Galleons and Knuts to spare, opt for The Harry Potter Collector’s Edition Chest which comes with four limited-edition ceramic plates, each donning the house’s logo.
The ferocious Gryffindor is intricately made into a Red Yam Lotus Single Yolk Mooncake; Slytherin, an envious Matcha Black Sesame with Black & White Sesame Seeds; Ravenclaw, an intelligent Blue Pea Pu-Er Lotus with Melon Seeds; and Hufflepuff, an adorable Pumpkin White Lotus with Double Yolk.
While mooncakes are known for their exorbitant prices, this is one collection that’ll be worth its cost.
The Harry Potter Mooncake Chest costs S$128, while The Harry Potter Collector’s Edition Chest will set you back S$168.
You will not be haggling on the streets of Knockturn Alley, but if you place your pre-orders before 22 August, you’ll get to enjoy an Early Bird Discount of 10% off your final bill. You can opt to self-collect these mooncakes or have them delivered to your doorstep.
