Calling all pawrents! There’s a fresh face in Singapore’s pet cafe scene, and it is quite the dream.
No other pet cafe quite brings animal care, community, and cuisine together like Bailey & Patch Pet Cafe, Singapore’s first-ever pet cafe and grooming centre in one.
P.S: Read on for a little treat for you and your furry companions!

Tucked within the inclusive community space Enabling Village in Redhill, Bailey & Patch Pet Cafe is the one place where having cafe fare makes a difference.
That’s because it doubles as a training ground for individuals with special needs or disabilities, where they learn food service and pet grooming.

And while your heart is warmed by the pet cafe’s mission, your stomach will be just as sated by the authentic Asian cuisine.
The Fried Rice with Crispy Pork Chop (S$11.80) is perfect for one. The pork chop’s light, crispy coating gives way to tender meat. Break into the golden egg atop the fried rice, and have yourself a comforting, no-frills meal.

Another fried option that’s better for sharing is the Fried Prawn Paste Chicken Wings (5 pieces) (S$6.80).
Simply put, it’s crisp, juicy perfection worth getting your hands oily for. Unfortunately, it’s a secret, in-house recipe so you can’t solve the mystery behind its tastiness. But hey, some secrets are better left unsolved, especially when they taste this good.

On the flipside, there’s the non-crispy item — Claypot Sesame Oil Chicken (S$12.80). Served piping hot, its comforting taste will make you miss home-cooked meals (It certainly made me crave for my mom’s claypot rice)!

While the sesame oil chicken was a warm, rich hug, the Golden Seafood Soup (S$10.80) brought a delicate touch. This pumpkin soup has sea treasures like prawns and fish buried within, making for a much-needed palate cleanser.

Lastly, we had the Braised Pork Knuckle Noodle (S$10.80). Consisting of springy noodles, pork, a boiled egg, and greens, you wouldn’t want to share this with anyone else.

Wash it all down with refreshing drinks like the Homemade Honey Lemon or Homemade Balonglong (both S$3.50 for hot, S$3.80 for cold).

Do make sure to sign up for a membership on-site or online (for free!) for the pet cafe, as members enjoy a 10% discount off the total bill.
While you’re feasting, you can get your pets groomed starting 1 May 2025. This service is available for almost any animal under the sun — dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and even birds so bring your furry and feathered friends along!
And after much pampering, let them tuck into their own special meal — dog-friendly Cai Fan. If you’re not convinced, just know that the pet cafe owner’s very own dog Patches, hungrily scarfed it down till the point of pushing her bowl!

Don’t forget to take home a sweet treat at the bakery section. Made by Ben, a young baker with autism, he whips up bakes like cheesecakes, tarts, and his main attraction, brownies.

It’s a crime not to get his Signature Walnuts Chocolate Brownies. Other flavours include Lotus Biscoff Chocolate Brownies and Matcha Walnut Brownies. All are priced at S$3 each, or in boxes of four (S$12) and nine (S$25).
