The Italian bistro and cocktail bar in Tanjong Pagar specialises in time-honoured home-style Milanese dishes in a warm and convivial setting.
Held on weekends from 11am to 3pm, this Brunch Buffet showcases the best of Italian specialities — you’ll get to sit back, relax, and relish Italian meats and cheeses, homemade pastas, salads, and even a specially crafted egg menu.
Start off with a salad of peach, tomato, and mozzarella drizzled with aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil, followed by an assortment of charcuterie including the likes of Gorgonzola, St. Maure, Sopprasata, and Mortadella.
Get ready to pile on the carbs (this is Italian, after all) as you tuck into Shashuka, Rigatoni lla Vodka (one of Bar Milano’s signature pasta dishes), and Truffle & Mushroom Lasagna, alongside meats like Fennel Sausage and Crispy Pork Bacon.
And of course, the Egg Menu, served in the form of an a la carte buffet, comprises creamy and silky smooth Scrambled Eggs, Ham and Cheese Omelette, and a delectable Italian Eggs Benedict.
The buffet is priced at S$35++ per person, but you can choose to top up S$20 (making it S$55++ per person) for a two-hour free-flow Aperol and Bianco Spritz jugs! Can’t say no to a boozy brunch, can you?
