Brotherbird Bakehouse has a limited-time croissant pop-up in Tampines till 31 August 2022

I know people who go gaga over the croissants from Brotherbird Bakehouse, and for good reason. They’re flaky and buttery, with innovative fillings like mochi, mentaiko, and taro — what’s not to like?

If you’re an Eastie looking to get your hands on the often sold-out pastries, your time has come. In collaboration with Shell, the croissanterie has launched a limited-time pop-up at Shell Tampines Station from now till 31 August 2022.

Tampines residents often flock to this particular Shell for the elusive McDonald’s Drive-Thru, but they now have the added bonus of picking up a freshly baked croissant or two. What luck!

There are 14 types of artisanal pastries on the menu with both sweet and savoury options; you can expect the likes of Pain Au Chocolat, Mentaiko Prawn T.B, and the Lemon Meringue Croissant, a crowd favourite.
