Ooh la la! Find yourself transported to the charming streets of France at Café de Paris.
Tucked inside 313@Somerset, this art jamming cafe from Korea has marble tables, elegant decor, and a cosy vibe that makes every sip feel like a Parisian escape.

But they don’t just serve up Parisian charm, they also invite you to pick up a brush and try your hand at art jamming.
With a canvas, paints, and plenty of inspiration from the painters around you, it’s the perfect way to unwind after a long week of work.

If art’s not your jam, simply enjoy the wide selection of desserts, or spring for the brand new Parisian High Tea Set (S$27.90 for 2 pax), launching on 19 June 2025.
Served in beautiful French teapots, the High Tea comes with your choice of tea (Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Chamomile, Jasmine Green Tea, Mint, or Red Berries) or one of their specialty lattes (Coffee, Matcha, Chocolate, or Sweet Potato Latte).
We chose the Red Berries Tea, which came in the cutest little London-themed French Teapot.

The Parisian High Tea set is stacked high with sweet treats and savoury delights. There’s too much to cover so we’ll just bring you our personal favourites.

This Homemade Tiramisu was a classic done right. It’s rich, creamy, and layered with just enough coffee-soaked sponge to balance the sweetness.
The whipped cream was light, which is very typical of Korean desserts. The tiramisu was also baked in-house, which is probably why it was so divine.

I love macarons, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good these were. The delicate, crisp shell gave way to a soft, chewy centre just as a proper macaron should.
We tried the Salted Caramel and Raspberry Macarons, and both were perfectly balanced, with just the right touch of sweetness.

Of course, no High Tea is complete without a selection of savoury bites.
The Prawns with Scrambled Egg Mayo on Toast features a soft, pillowy slice of bread topped with juicy shrimp.
It’s light yet flavourful, with just the right touch of seasoning to keep you reaching for another.

Next up are beautifully seared Sweet and Tangy Hokkaido Scallops with a tender yet bouncy texture.
The sweet and spicy sauce brings a kick and a reminder of the Korean inspiration in the High Tea Set.

If you have more of a sweet tooth, you can opt for their S$14.80 Combo for any one cake and one coffee or tea.
We had the Mille Crepe Cake (S$8.50) and it was a standout. The crepes were airy and layered with just the right amount of cream.

It’s safe to say my sweet tooth was living its best life. We had the crème de la crème of pastries with the Parisian High Tea.
And here’s the cherry on top: enjoy 30% off the new Parisian High Tea Set when you make a reservation online at least three hours in advance, 19 June 2025 onwards. The promotion will end on 30 September 2025.
Très chic!
