Ever stepped into one of those whimsical 2D comic cafes and felt a little bit like you were transported into your favourite webtoon? While we can’t teleport you into a new fantastical world, you can still eat a beautifully illustrated Comic Cake (S$9.80) courtesy of Cake Spade!

Perfect for dessert lovers, grab a spoon and dig into soft delectable layers of vanilla angel food cake, sandwiched between light and airy chantilly cream, filled with bite-sized chunks of mangoes and strawberries, all outlined with chocolate strokes.

The Comic Cake is available for a limited time only, before Cake Spade moves to their new location at Ann Siang Hill this April. If you’re keen to head down, do make your way to Cake Spade before their move.

And if you’re up for more cakes, enjoy a free slice of cake when you purchase five slices. We personally love the refreshing Lychee Rose Cake (S$8.80)! Otherwise, try other interesting flavours from their menu like their Strawberry Tofu Cheesecake (S$8.80), the decadent Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake (S$13.80), Dark Chocolate Banana Cake (S$8.80), or Hummingbird Cake (S$8.80).
Not feeling like cakes? Give their brownies, crumbles, pies and tarts a go! Choose from the zesty Lemon Meringue Tart (S$9.80), Biscoff Cookie Midnight Brownie (S$5.90), or Speculoos Chocolate Crumble (S$6.80), and more.

PS: Another thing that caught our eye, you can even purchase a DIY Cake Kit (S$49). The kit comes with a 5” Vanilla or Chocolate Angel Food Cake, pastel Buttercream Icing in pink, purple, blue and green, Lotus Biscoff Cookies, Haribo Gummy Bears, Rainbow Sprinkles and Marshmallow Flowers.
Whimsical, creative and definitely IG-worthy, you know where I’ll be this weekend!
