Although DBS/POSB cardholders can get an existing 30% promotion (taking place till the end of the year) on all international buffets, HSBC cardholders are in luck, as they’ll get to enjoy 1-for-1 on the CLOVE Lunch Buffet from now till 11 August 2023.
With this promotion, the sumptuous lunch spread (available from Mondays to Saturdays) will be priced at just S$34++ (U.P. S$68++) per adult.
Make a beeline for Seafood on Ice like Cooked Prawn and Half Shell Scallop, assorted Sushi and Sashimi, before visiting the live and carving stations for Plant-Based Risotto (you’ll notice quite a number of new vegetarian options), Slow Roasted Striploin or Lamb Leg, and Cheese Fondue.
DIY your own Kopitiam Seafood Laksa, and then set your sights on the selection of local dishes like Kopitiam Assam Snapper, Beef Shank with Thai Red Curry, and Mapo Tofu with Minced Pork.
You may be tempted to immediately hit up the exquisite dessert section afterwards, but don’t forget to make at least one stop at the Indian and international section for Butter Chicken, Seafood Gumbo, and Barramundi with Lemon Verbena Cream.
Finally, feast on eyes (and tummy) on the array of desserts, which include the likes of Nutty Praline Tartlet, Honey Bantam Sweet Corn Tea Cake, Swiss Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Sauce, and the signature CLOVE Cocoa 70% Gateaux.
There’s also a Gelato and Sorbet station with assorted condiments to end the meal on an extra refreshing note!
