Ready yourself for a luxurious international buffet spread comprising seafood on ice, live carving kitchen stations, decadent desserts, and so much more.
I foresee most diners (myself included) making a beeline for the sumptuous selection of seafood, which includes Blue Swimmer Crab, Seasonal Shucked Oysters, and Sustainable Salmon Sashimi.
Aside from Charcuterie & Cheese and/or Trishaw Laksa, you mustn’t forget to stop by both the interactive Live Pasta Station and Carving Station, which features a rotating menu of meats like Grilled Australian Tomahawk, Roasted Legs of Lamb, Roasted USDA Prime Ribs, and Miso Glazed King Salmon.
And of course, you can also look forward to Asian and local delights like ’65’ Degree Sous Vide Pork Char Siew, Teo Chew Steam Seabass, and ’32’ Roasted Duck.
