As much as I’d love to sit down, get my hands dirty, and eat as much seafood boil as I can physically manage, all-you-can-eat buffets featuring the good stuff are not a dime a dozen.
But now, you finally have the chance to chow down on saucy crabs, prawns, mussels, clams, and corn on the cob, thanks to the popular American-style seafood restaurant Dancing Crab.
Available exclusively at the Northshore Plaza II outlet every Friday is the TGIF All-You-Can-Eat Seafood Feast, a saucy (and very value-for-money) seafood extravaganza. What better way to reel in the weekend?
For S$79.13 nett per adult and S$39 nett per child, you’ll get to indulge in three different Signature Combo Bags: Live Crab, Crayfish, and Mini Crawfish, all of which are typically served slathered in a sauce of your choice with corn and chicken sausages.
The most popular option, the Live Crab Combo, is priced at S$119 for a la carte, so this is one way to really get your money’s worth.
Do check with the staff regarding the sauces you can choose from, but you won’t go wrong with the World Famous Signature Cajun or Beurre Blanc, both crowd favourites!
Afterwards, dive in to one (or both) of the Singapore-style signatures, Chilli Crab (U.P. S$69.80) and Black Pepper Crab (U.P. S$69.80).
Pair your saucy crustaceans with appetisers and sides like Nachos with Crab Meat, Buffalo Drumette, and Beer-battered Calamari, alongside mains like Seafood Mee Goreng and Exploding Crab Fried Rice. Let’s just say you’ll definitely leave with a full belly.
Wash everything down with free-flow soft drinks and lemonade — there are Fizzy and Yuzu versions — all included as part of the menu.
Once again, this buffet is available only on Fridays, from 7pm to 9pm, with last order at 8.30pm. Do note that there must be a minimum of two persons per table.
