This 176-seater establishment looks and feels just like any other JUMBO Seafood, and there are even four VIP rooms available for booking.
JUMBO’s menu items have been carefully recreated in halal iterations while staying true to their signature flavours, so you can be sure that you’re getting the real deal. Plus, you’ll also find that the menu is mainly in Malay, with English and Chinese translations — plus points for inclusivity.
First things first, you definitely have to order their Signature Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab — that’ll set you back S$8.80/100g for Dungeness Crab, S$9.80/100g for Mud Crab, and S$26.80/100g for Alaskan Crab.
You can also look forward to other seafood dishes like Boston Lobster (S$12.80/100g), Bamboo Clams (S$14/pc), Cereal Prawns (from S$24), and more. That’s not all, though — there’ll also be Mocha Fried Chicken (from S$16), Beef Fillet with Black Pepper Sauce (S$14/pc), and Baby Lamb Rack (S$16/pc).
Craving for something a little different? The restaurant also has an exclusive grilled menu that you won’t find at any other JUMBO restaurant! Think Ayam Panggang (Indonesian Grilled Chicken, from S$20), Grilled Red Tilapia Fish with Sambal (S$40), and more — just imagine the Indonesian spices with the smokiness from the grill. Chef’s kiss.
