There are a ton of rooftop bars in Singapore with great views, but let us put you on one that’s going to make you feel like you’ve been whisked away to an exotic Caribbean bar in the big city, just like the main character in a movie.
Located in Suntec City, Dirty Blonde Bar & Lounge is a hot new rooftop bar that has an amazingly resort-like Caribbean aesthetic, delicious and unique drinks and bites, live music, and most importantly, all-around fantastic vibes.
Settle down with your friends at their rattan-accented seating area and start with some of the most refreshing and unique cocktails you’ll taste, like the Pistachio Ice Cream (S$27) made with parmesan vodka, lychee soju and pistachio, the Midnight Breakfast (S$27) comprising gin, plum soju, yuzu jam and toast, or the Kiss Me (S$25) with parmesan tequila, strawberry and chilli.
If you’re more into the classics, there’s also the usual Moscow Mule (S$19), Old Fashioned (S$19), Negroni (S$19), and so on. The menu is honestly very substantial so please don’t try to order everything on it at one go (as tempting as it may seem).
When you’re feeling a bit peckish, there’s also a food menu with munchies that go perfectly with drinks like Nachos (from S$12), Tacos (from S$16), Cheese Platters (S$28) and more. For those that are really hungry, you can also order mains like Crab Pasta (S$24), Pork Belly with Carrot Mousse (S$20), Beef Cheek with Pea Purée (S$25) — the list goes on.
While there’s only one dessert item on the menu, for now, it’s still pretty unique and probably worth a try — Cheesecake with Miso Caramel (S$17). Perfect for those who love layers of flavour and mixing savoury flavours with sweet.
But of course, if you’re just looking to kick back and crack open a cold one with your buddies after a long day, they also have Happy Hour promotions with draught beers like good ol’ Heineken starting from just S$10 per pint.
