Swifties, rumour has it that (mother) Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour will begin in Singapore in just a couple of days from now —- I can see you freaking out already. In other exciting Swiftie news, Taylor Swift just announced that her new album, The Tortured Poet’s Department is coming out on 19 April 2024! Are you ready for it?
To keep the excitement going, popular self-photo studio Dollop has updated their Taylor Swift-themed photobooth, with exclusive Taylor-inspired photo strips, merch, and even friendship bracelet making workshops! It’s like our wildest dreams are coming true.
The Taylor Swift Photo Booth is available at all Dollop photobooths islandwide and feature Taylor-inspired photo strips including popular eras like Reputation, 1989 and more. Each session will cost just S$10 and you can choose to have it printed on two photo strips or on a single 4R photo print. Hopefully these don’t end up being just another picture to burn.
You’ll also get a complimentary GIF file — I love it when photo studios give a GIF file so I can post them onto my IG story.
As Tay Tay once sang “I’ve got a blank space baby, and I’ll write your name”, Dollop is giving you plenty of blank spaces on your photo frames to decorate with cute TS-themed stickers. Some of the stickers even include iconic song lyrics from songs like “Look what you made me do” and “It’s Me, hi. I’m the problem, it’s me”.
If you’re looking for some design inspo for your photo frames, “You can’t spell awesome without Me” would look great for a self-portrait (totally not narcissistic at all). They also have a new photo strip that has most of the fan chants. The Taylor Swift photobooth and photo strips are available now until 31 March 2024.
Apart from the themed photobooths, Dollop will also be having an exclusive Taylor Swift Inspired Photo Experience. Priced at just S$50 for up to four pax, you and your fellow Swifties can snap unlimited photos against the shimmering photo backdrop. They’ve also got special Taylor-inspired props to make the experience more enjoyable!
After your session, you will be given access to all full colour images — yes, all of it, so you’ll have plenty to look through and post onto your socials. You’ll also be able to choose and print four of your best shots. But of course, if you can’t decide on just four pics, you can always add on more prints at just S$5 per print. The Taylor Swift photo experience is only available from 1 to 10 March, at the Bras Basah outlet, so hurry book your slot now!
Dollop at Bras Basah also has customised friendship bracelets for you to make and exchange with fellow Swifties or your besties (or even keep it for yourself — we’re not judging). . In case you don’t know, fans attending the Eras tour have been trading friendship bracelets with fellow concert goers. You can redeem a free friendship bracelet with every S$20 spent — which we reckon would be pretty easy.
If you’re looking to cop some cute Taylor-inspired merch, you’ll be able to pick up some here too. These include stickers with iconic song lyrics like casually cruel, Did the twin flame bruise paint you blue, and even a red scarf. There’s also a dedicated merch corner with exclusive merch from A Walking Irony.
