I get you, travelling can be exhausting. Long flights, endless waiting, and stiff muscles from sitting too long (maybe admin is just old).

Either way, waiting for your flight doesn’t have to be dull because Changi Airport has found the perfect solution to combat this. Fit&Fun Zone is a vibrant wellness space located above Dreamscape in Terminal 2.

It’s open all day, and admission is free for all travellers. So, whether you’re on a long layover or just waiting for your flight, this interactive space ensures your time at the airport is anything but boring.

Spanning over 400 square metres in Level 3, Departure Transit Hall, the Fit&Fun Zone is divided into five colour-coded zones for you to explore.

In the Green Zone, take a second to unwind while kicking back on one of the six suspended pendulum chairs. Sway above the stunning Dreamscape — perfect for those looking to relax, recharge, and soak in the peaceful vibes before the next journey.

Feeling pent-up?

The Orange Zone will let you take out your jitters with the Spar Pods, a series of soft punching bags suspended in the air. You can strike at them without needing boxing gloves. Shake off all your tension by going for the three-dimensional petal structures on the wall.

For those who love a good strength workout (or just their dumbbells), the Pink Zone offers pull-down levers with weights ranging from two to eight kilograms. Every time you pull, the linked light ball changes colours.

Get your heart racing in the Yellow Zone, where five trampoline pods await your arrival.

Jump and bounce to activate the music from the trampoline pods, turning your workout into a mini dance party in the air. With trampolines reaching up to 3.5 metres in height, you might end up having too much fun. Make sure not to miss your flight!

Try to make it through without touching the ropes in the Blue Zone. This organically shaped cave will definitely add a playful twist to your travelling experience.
