Donuts have really exploded into unprecedented popularity, with long queues for bakeries that sell stuffed bomboloni popping up everywhere. Some of the most popular ones like Doughnut Shack have queues that take longer than an hour.

But if you’re looking for something that not everyone in Singapore has already tried, take a look at Fitri Creations. The Halal bakery is also popular for its donuts, which include some eye-catching creations like the ondeh-ondeh and red velvet.

Plus, the bakery is founded by a pastry chef with over 10 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, so you can be sure of the quality control in these donuts,

Inside each engorged bomb is an explosion of coconut cream and oozing gula melaka, while some grated coconut is coated on the outside for that familiar ondeh-ondeh texture.

While Fitri Creations has many interesting creations, the most special one is probably the Ondeh-Ondeh Donut Bom (S$3). The base itself is a pandan donut that sports a distinct green hue that will remind you of the traditional snack.

On the other hand, chocolate lovers might want to go for the strikingly crimson Red Velvet Nutella Donut Bom (S$3). It’s filled with both nutella and cream cheese fillings, to give it a velvety richness that red velvet cake fans would appreciate.

Besides these 2, Fitri Creations’ donut selection also includes other sinful snacks inspired by Singapore’s favourite snacks such as Kinder Bueno, Milo Crunch, Oreo Crunch, Nutella, OvoMaltine, and of course the ever-popular Biscoff Cookie-Butter.

Similarly, all these bomboloni are also priced at S$3 each, a pretty affordable price considering some places charge up to S$5 per donut.

Besides these popular donuts, Fitri Creations also produces a wide array of baked goods that include cupcakes (S$3.50), brownies (S$7), and cakes-in-a-jar (S$4.50). If you’re not a fan of donuts, you can find some of the unique flavours like ondeh-ondeh and nutella red velvet available in other forms as well.

Not to mention you can also find other cool flavours such as Thai Milk Tea Cupcake or Nutella Speculoos Cupcakes — truly a sweet tooth’s dream.
