Live up your ‘60s Shanghai dreams at this repurposed photoshoot studio from S$10 per pax

Transport yourself back to Shanghai’s 1960s at Full House, a retro bar turned photoshoot studio. Since dining-in has been suspended at F&B establishments, Full House has resourcefully turned its well-furnished bar into a photoshoot studio.

Behind the glass doors lives a secret portal that takes you to a mini 1960s Shanghai. Upon stepping in, you’d first be greeted by the aroma of authentic coffee beans — an inviting experience for all you coffee lovers.

This stunning location features intricately detailed leather couches, warmly lit by the radiant glow of vintage overhead lights. Old school posters and framed photos are also neatly arranged on ebony painted walls, reflecting snapshots of history.

Gramophones, typewriters and rotary phones — the bar is adorned with retro essentials that bring us fond memories of Shanghai. Accompanied by rustic rosewood furniture, Full House comes in a full package.

Full House is currently offering a limited-time special promotion from 1 to 13 June. At just S$10 per pax, you’d be able to roam freely in this themed dining bar for your photoshoot.

If you’re worried about posing for your photos, you’d be pleased to know that there are plenty of supporting props and furniture. With these elements coming into play, your poses wouldn’t look unnatural and you don’t have to stand awkwardly against the wall.

Every corner of this Shanghai-themed bar is extremely photogenic, so it’s no wonder that they sparked the idea of turning it into a photoshoot studio. You are more than welcome to explore different angles using the furniture and props available.

Moreover, Full House also provides the option of professional photography at an affordable price. While most photographers charge hefty prices, you can get your photos professionally taken at Full House for just S$30. This package gives you 5 photos, including 1 photo touched up and refined.

If 5 photos aren’t enough, there is also option C, where you only have to top up an additional S$20 for 10 photos — 2 of which are refined.

These two packages will require you to make reservations in advance, so they’re able to pre-book professional photographers for you.
