Singapore-Exclusive Hairy Crab Roe Menu
Visit the brand’s only Singapore outlet at Tampines Mall and discover their latest Hairy Crab Roe Menu. Available for a limited time only, highlights include the Signature Pan-Fried Golden Crab Roe Soup Bun (S$3.50 each, minimum 4 per order) and the healthier Steamed Golden Crab Roe Soup Dumpling (S$4.90).
Both are filled with Ging Sun Ho’s signature hot, savoury soup filling, ready to explode with a mouthful of flavour. One features an iconic crispy, golden pan-fried bottom, while the other is wrapped in a tender exterior.
The crab roe flavour is not limited to soup buns and dumplings, though. You can also opt for the Golden Crab Roe Noodles (S$22.90), a luxurious set that comes with a bowl of springy noodles and a rich hairy crab roe sauce.
Combo Sets
If you’d like a complete meal at a wallet-friendly price, consider one of Ging Sun Ho’s 8 new combo sets. Options for mains include Scallion Oil Noodle (S$9.90), Soft-Boiled Egg Dan Dan Noodles (S$14.90), and Pork Chop with Fried Rice (S$17.90).
Add sides like Soft-Boiled Egg and River Shrimp Tempura from S$1.90. And if you’d like, you can also add S$0.99 for free-flow beverages from rotating options such as flavoured Oolong Tea, flavoured Green Tea, juices, and Soy Milk. Note that prices listed are subject to GST and service charge.
